2048 RPG is developed by Sener Projects. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data to ensure a stable and supported gaming experience.

To maintain game functionality, analyze performance, and use Cross Platform Leaderboards we (through our third-party partners Meta and Unity) collect the following information.

• Crash Logs:

  • Information about app crashes is collected to identify bugs and improve the technical stability of the game.

• Cross-Platform Leaderboard Data:

  • We use Unity Leaderboards to sync scores across Android, iOS, and Meta Quest. This involves using your platform-provided public profile name(as known as "nickname") and user ID to create a unique player record.

2. DATA DELETION RIGHTS

Users have the right to request the permanent deletion of their data from our systems.

• How to Request: Please visit https://www.senerprojects.com/support and provide your active email address and current username.

• Timeline: Once verified, your data will be deleted within 7 to 14 business days in accordance with legal regulations and platform requirements.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DATA TRANSFERS

• Unity Services: For monitoring game performance and Leaderboard management.

• International Transfers: Your data may be processed in countries where our providers operate, including the United States, Ireland, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands.

4. DATA SHARING AND RETENTION

Sener Projects does not sell your personal information. Data is shared with the providers listed above only for the purposes of app functionality and performance analysis. Other players in the game can see your nickname and highscore in the Leaderboard.

5. REQUESTS FROM PUBLIC AUTHORITIES

We comply with valid legal requests from public authorities. Our process includes:

• Verifying the legal validity of any data request.

• Challenging requests that are overbroad or lack a legal basis.

• Notifying users when legally permitted.
