PRIVACY POLICY (Android and iOS version)

2048 RPG (as known as Attack on Slimes in the Apple App Store) is developed by Sener Projects. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data to ensure a stable and supported gaming experience.

1. DATA COLLECTION AND PURPOSES

To maintain game functionality, analyze performance, support the app through advertising, and use Cross Platform Leaderboards we (through our third-party partners like Apple, Google, and Unity) collect the following information.

• Device or Other IDs:

  • Purpose: Analytics, Functionality, and Fraud Prevention.

  • Description: Unique identifiers (GAID/IDFA) are used to measure technical performance and prevent ad fraud. Note: We do not use these IDs for personalized (targeted) advertising. 

• User IDs:

  • Purpose: App Functionality, Analytics.

  • Description: Internal identifiers that help us track game events, ensure rewarded ads are delivered correctly, and manage leaderboards. 

• Crash Logs:

  • Purpose: Analytics and Debugging .

  • Description: Technical data about app crashes is collected to improve stability. 

• Cross-Platform Leaderboard Data:

  • We use Unity Leaderboards to sync scores. This involves your platform-provided User ID. 

2. DATA DELETION RIGHTS

Users have the right to request the permanent deletion of their data.

• Timeline: Once verified, your data will be deleted within 7 to 14 business days.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We rely on industry-standard providers:

• Unity Services: For non-personalized banner/rewarded ads, analytics, and Leaderboard management.

• Google Play Console Tools: For installation tracking and session statistics on Android devices.

• Apple App Store Connect (App Analytics): For installation tracking and session statistics on iOS devices. 

4. DATA SHARING AND RETENTION

Sener Projects does not sell your personal information. Data is shared with the providers listed above only for the purposes of app functionality and performance analysis. Other players in the game can see your nickname and highscore in the Leaderboard.

• Nickname is autogenerated and unique name.

5. USER RIGHTS & OPT-OUT

Non-Personalized Ads: To ensure maximum privacy for all our players, we do not serve personalized (targeted) advertisements to any user, regardless of their age. All ads shown in the game are contextual, meaning they are based on the game's content rather than your personal profile or browsing history. 

Device Settings: You can further limit tracking via:

• Android: Settings > Google > Ads.

• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY & AGE-GATING

• General Audience (7+): Game is designed for a general audience and is compliant with COPPA and GDPR-K.

• Protection by Design: Because we have disabled personalized advertising across the entire app, no personal data is collected for profiling or behavioral tracking of children or any other user.

• Safety First: All ad content is filtered to ensure it is family-friendly and appropriate for users aged 7 and up. We strictly prohibit categories such as gambling, tobacco, or adult-themed content.
